Service Desk Ticket System

How do have a live chat with an agent via the virtual agent?

The Virtual Agent button is located on at the lower right of your screen when in the Service Desk. 

Note:  Live Chat is open Monday-Friday between 9am and 4pm.

 

 

To chat with an technician, click on the Virtual Agent button.  Select "Chat with Live Agent".  You will be put in a queue and an agent will be with you as soon as possible.

 

 

Use the white bar at the bottom to type your message.

 

 

If needed, a tech will open a ticket after the chat.  The ticket will listed in your tickets and the notes from the chat will be included.
