How can I use wifi calling when my cellular signal is weak?

There may be some areas on Loyola's campus where you may have trouble placing or receiving calls on your mobile phone.  These "dead zones" can happen depending on the signal strength in the area and the building construction of where you are located.  In order to place and receive calls in these zones, you can take advantage of a feature included in most cellular services.  As long as you are connected to Loyola's wifi network, you can set your phone to use "wifi calling".   Information and instructions from various service providers are listed below.  If you have questions or having difficulty in setting up your mobile phone to use wifi calling, please call our Help Desk at 504-865-2255 or use your Loyola email account to send an email to support@loyno.edu
