How do I reset my own password?

All three of your major Loyola accounts give you the capability to reset your own password from their login screens.  To have this ability you would have had to  set up your account recovery options in each system (i.e. providing a cell number so they can text you).  If you have not setup a recovery option and need us to password reset for you, please contact the help desk at 504-865-2255.  We need proof of ID before we reset your password.

Microsoft 365 (When this is reset, it also resets your password for wifi, printing on campus, Medicat and vlab.loyno.edu.)
